City and county permit and inspection records, state damage inspections, county assessor records, licensing data and hazard maps. Each report lists its sources and as-of dates.
What a filing means
We report what the records show: applications, permits, inspections. We don't guess why a home isn't rebuilding, and we say so where records can't tell.
No household data
We report counts by area, never addresses or owner names. The Ledger has no sales offer attached.
